Directions- On Lower Bight Road, head West towards Turtle Cove. You will pass Beaches Resort, which will be on your right side. You will pass the signs for Coral Gardens Resort & Somewhere Restaurant & later Beach House, which will be on your right side. Coming up, you will see West Bay Club on your right side. Immediately after West Bay Club, make a right into the Gansevoort parking lot.
One of the best things about Gansevoort is the view when you first step onto their grounds.
If I could choose my next staycation on island, it’d definitely be at Gansevoort. I’ve never seen what the rooms even look like, but I absolutely love how everything else looks! The foyer is very open, and has a beautiful view of their pool, and even the ocean in the background. Gansevoort has 2 dining areas, Stelle- fine dining with a great view of the pool, and Zest- the more laid-back of the two with a view of the ocean. I’ve never tried Zest, but look forward to it.
If you follow my blog, you know my go-to drink is always Prosecco, but tonight I tried a new cocktail, Pistol. It was basically a tequila mojito, with Jose Cuervo, mint & strawberries..and sooo yummy!
Stelle serves bread and specialty butter with all of their meals, and they are always AMAZE. It was prettier with all of the pieces of bread, but we just had to dig in before I took a pic 😉
I don’t know what it is with small bites, but I am obsessed. How can anything tiny not be cute!? The amuse bouche tonight was conch salad.
For entree, I ordered Shrimp Linguine, Al Ajillo. So good! A very light sauce with the right amount of spice and heat.
Stelle is right next to the pool, so you get a beautiful view as you dine.
